The construction is amazing. |

I was just wondering if anybody else here had the same problem or am I the only one with issues about the sound of Bongos? | "Lack of punch and definition" is exactly the contrary of a Bongo's nature. |

| | | | I just recently got another Bongo. I had an HH a while back that I had to ket go. I loved it but all I ever did with it was play with the knobs on it. To many tonal options. I picked up an HS and Im completely stoked! Much easier to dial in. Happy to be back in the family! |

This has been my experience with them.
Lacking punch? Impossible.
Something must be wrong with the bass.

Yes, it definitely takes a bit of time and patience to learn how to dial it in but the one thing it does not lack is punch and definition.
It has moved up to my top 2-3 players and is either at rehearsal or gigs weekly in the rotation.

You north/south/west of Denver (I am assuming you are not east since not much is out that way).

I don't live in the USA neither but EBMM customer service was of great help when I contacted them by phone or e-mail.
Depending of where you live on the planet, EBMM could deal directly with you or you could have to use the service of an exclusive importer for EBMM products in your country. The customer service can tell you that too.
