Tell me I did the right thing...killer deal. Hope it is what I think it is. Seems like one of the best semi's out there and I am not a Warwick fan... Please help me feel good about this purchase. I was going to get an Epi JC...

I love the JC's, especially with the thin neck, but the Star is probably more versatile. There are some great youtube videos showing off the Star's tonal capabilities. |

I'm a fan of other colors vs. the gold, but that's just personal preference. Looks like a great find. Let us know how youi like it. |

Someone else asked what the neck was like. +1 As an owner of a Dolphin Pro I NT, I would assume a rounded, warwick baseball bat neck. |

Congratulations, man!
You've picked up a very fine instrument, and the color is very striking in my opinion. We had an identical Star come through our shop and believe me, they are a TON of fun to play. Great sound too! Personally, I love the semi-hollow/passive electronics vibe...it killed me to see that one go...
Anyways, enjoy mate! Please be sure to share some photos here when it arrives. Also, know you can always call us at Warwick NY should you have any questions, or want to speak to one of our experienced techs -- (212) 777 6990.
All the best,
Jesse, Warwick USA |
