Buying a "Toss around bass" need opinions

Just a quick poll question....
I am looking to buy a toss around bass and I have two choices...

First up: A Fernandes Tremor 4X bass with dual Fernandes stock MM style pups, in a Cherry burst flavor....

-OR-

2005 BC Rich "Eagle" Platinum series with BC Rich "P" style bass pup configuration in both the neck and bridge position, in a natural high sheen (and no not Charlie stoned either) finish...
