Can anybody identify this Cort bass?

I found this Cort P bass on the list of Craigs, and wondered if anybody knew the model or if it's even actually legit. The poster said that it's vintage from the 70's, and I'm thinking about getting it. It's only $50 so I need some advice. Is this thing a hidden gem or a piece of junk? Any advice is appreciated.

If there is such thing as a faux-Cort, I'd give $50 to the counterfeiter just for their effort.

But it's sure a true old Cort logo I see over there, just maybe late '80s, more than '70s

Price looks right too

Dunno about its raw materials

Present entry level Precision alike models (black satin with maple/rosewood fingerboard option only) come in agathis

Cheers,
Wallace
