Can fender make a personal bass?

Can i go to fender and tell them what to put on a bass that they can make me like say my name on the fretboard?

You can check with the Fender Custom Shop. But expect it to be expensive.

Exactly, it would be probably cheaper to have a luthier do the aftermarket job for you.
