And it seems lighter than other BB2000's I have seen.
It sounds incredible. Ebony board, neck-through, P/J.
$600, plus shipping.
Hard to imagine more bass for this kind of money.

I really think it's cute though, so I'll stick with that.
This isn't a bass that I'd normally look at for more than a disquieting second or two - but this is just --- er: 'cute' enough to actually like!
Is that how they arrive? Same-o decals and logos and stuff? Cute! | That is exactly how they come to you. Includes strap. I liked mine so much I ordered a second one for $100 on Ebay. Again new. I took it apart to have a friend paint it for me. |

I have had it for years and it is still my go to bass for most recording sessions. It wasn't dirt cheap, but it's definitely on the cheaper end of things. Awesome feel and awesome tone! |

Bridge cover added to keep me from bleeding out when I play those few songs which require some oversealous picking. And Fralins. TA DA !

It's easily one of the top 5 best sounding instruments I've ever owned (of course drop some Basslines into a 2x4 with some strings on it and it will probably sound good too). Blows away my 78 Precision bass. It's really easy to play and even looks cool. Too bad Peavey stopped making them. I wouldn't mind having another one.

Blows away all MIM and even most of US models. Unbeatable at this price (street less than 400 Euros in Germany). Recommend to buy one before it gets discontinued.

| | | | i'd like to add the ibanez gsr100 with the reverse p pickup. i've got mine setup with some dunlop nickels and low action. it plays quite effortlessly and the tone quite good. i got it as a gift and it ended up being a really solid bass.

| | | SG Nanyo bass collection for about 85 bucks. Haha. Its not exactly a "cheap" bass because it was a midrange priced japanese import new. But did i get it at a dear price. If only it were a five string.

Yup.

Simple, cheap (my family got it for me for Christmas), P/J, and it is as loud and monstrous and fun as any bass I have made or played since. Just hit the open E hard and it feels like you are landing a fish! I think the thin, light body has something to do with it. Nice neck, too.
