I would love to just have more time with friends that I'm leaving behind as I graduate from university, however if I was in the gear buying mood:
Fender Classic 50's Precision Bass in Black or American Vintage '62 Precision Bass in Olympic White

BBE Opto Stomp

But I am buying that anyways so...

Let's say a P V of any brand under 9lbs and a couple of sweet 12's (fearful anyone?)

Hey scubaduba, sorry to hear of your loss. But keep your chin up. My grandma died about 20 years ago and I do still miss her a lot. But I'm not mourning anymore. She wouldn't have wanted me to.

Dave

Yep! Screw what I want. It's materialistic garbage. I want Scubaduba to have a Merry and blessed Christmas.

I lost my parents in 1975 and GrandParents in 1971 and 73 respectively. It sucks big time, but Your Grandma would want you to "carry on".

It will get better, I promise.

I am very lucky and have lots of gear but I asked Santa (wife and kids) for a hard case for my Jule Monique amp, some Fodera Strings, Spector and Fodera t-shirts and a Casio keyboard for iPad.

I am lucky to be ate with basses and amps and rarely use effects.

Hope you all get what you want on Tues!

She will come see you.
And you will be okay.
Be sad be sad even mad all our emotions are good.
Remember how she might tell you to be or wish for her.

A couple beautiful basses for different tones, definitely one that could play the most beautiful and clear harmonics ever heard off a bass, and some sound gear to go with those, and a beautiful, short, sweet girl to sing along with a gorgeous voice while I groove out some sweet rhythms, aaaaand a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to be in constantly with free hot chocolate (My vice, as odd as it is...I can drink hot chocolate and be more than happy. Even during the hottest summer days!)

All would be merry and bright, and the world would be perfectly right.

One can dream...no?
