| | | | Thanks for remembering us, the former Fbass owners.
I will definitely belong to that club again someday.
I wonder what George is going to plan for us for the year to come.
I know that I like the new "vintage" style basses he makes.
But Iwould love to find a nice 6 string Fbass.

Also, nice BNF5! Also, nice clip of the VF5 passive and active.
Onward!

Your BN6 was a real looker too. I think it would have been a good mate for my AC6 actually. Sometimes I think I'd like to sell my BN6 if I could get a BN6 that sounds just like it but with a natural wood look like this... or perhaps a brown burst finish like thndrstk6 has been mocking up.
For everyone's ogling, here is lack.rose1402's former BN6.

Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nL6Nhwn6cro | Another great clip, D.
If I could suggest something for the next clip, I'd duck the back loop a bit more so we could hear the finger style playing a bit better, although I certainly don't mind hearing that riff with that wonderful tone either!

I'm still trying to get a decent recording setup going. I'm having a heck of a time getting a mic to work at the same time with the rest of the gear, but it's getting better.
Oh, and that last BN6 is the shizz! |

My personal favourite is the last one - the CocoBolo BN5. I recently played a pre-owned Studio 5 and a few brand new VF5s at Cosmo Music here in central Ontario, including a flawless sunburst Alder/Rosewood VF5 and I have to say those VF instruments were nothing short of exemplary.
Kudos to George and Co. as the VFs are truly worthy of joining the world class F Bass lineage!
Cheers,

Paul Theriault **The Cobra Kings** | Oooh! I LOVE it when you do that! Hadn't heard from you for a bit, Paul, good to see you around here.
My favorite is that last BN5 as well, although I saw plenty above it that I'd love to see in my bandroom!
