So this year is celebrating FIVE YEARS of the Sadowsky Club!!!!
CONGRTAS EVERYONE!!!!!
So, numbers:
30,800 posts!!!!!
When I started the "Club" I didn't imagine it would run this long with this much traffic.
Roger & Company....from "the club":
Thank you for making some of the finest musical instruments available.
Thank you for the flat out best customer service that some of us have ever known.
Thank you for treating myself, and pretty much every one here as if they are high profile players even though some of us are working pros, semi-pros, just weekend warriors or bedroom rock stars- you don't care- you treat us all with the same level of service and respect as any other player who contacts you.
Thank you for taking the time to come here on Talkbass and interact with us as "just one of us" and poke fun and have a general good time here (and putting up with the likes of Vic... ).
So, from all of 414 (or more can't find last count!) of us here in "the Club" may you and the whole crew have a wonderful and relaxing Christmas holiday.
MikeBass, founder and Club Member #2 | I Certainly could not have said it better. And think Vic is one cool cat, LOLOLOLO! WE LOVE VIC! HAHHAHAHA. Merry Christmas to all.

MikeBass, founder and Club Member #2 | I want to thank all of you for your love of what we do at Sadowsky Guitars. Since we are obviously not in it for the big bucks, it is your emails and posts that make it all worth while! But I never take it for granted that a Sadowsky is a very big investment and I am sincerely grateful for your support.
Happy Holidays and a Healthy New Year to all!
Roger

I've tried numerous Musicman basses, a vintage Fender, Alembics, Laklands, a Lull, and Warwicks. But it is my olympic white Sadowsky Metro that captured me. What a great product! Thank you! |

Yeah, she doused the guitar rack with a spritzer bottle of Febreeze. The two whut got the worst were the Am. Std. P5 and if course, the Spalted Monster. I wiped both down pretty good with a dry rag, but I'm wondering if I'm going to get some sort of chemical reaction on the Sadowsky finish or the RW fretboard?
Happy holidays. Siiigh... | Hmmm, we prolly won't know what happens until it does. Hope that nothing happens!

Happy holidays. Siiigh... | I'm not a chemist or a luthier, but it seems pretty innocuous chemically speaking :
"Answer: Here's the lowdown on Febreze. It's a product that was invented by Procter & Gamble and introduced in 1996. The active ingredient in Febreze is beta-cyclodextrin, a carbohydrate. Beta-cyclodextrin is an 8-sugar ringed molecule that is formed via an enzymatic conversion of starch (usually from corn)." http://chemistry.about.com/od/cleane...reze-works.htm
Fingers crossed that nothing bad happens!

Happy holidays. Siiigh... | Basses on stands and children in the same room? That's an accident waiting to happen! I don't think you need to worry about the Fabreze but I'd take this as a warning of possible, more serious, mishaps in the future. |

Problem is that our walls give up easily enough that we'd have basses on the floor in short order. I have my octave mando and Irish bouzouki on the wall because they're really light.
Also, she's taken to strumming the Norman six-string fairly often (unless the missus has been playing, in which case she makes a sort of grabby, faux-fingerpicking motion), and I really don't want to short-circuit what might be the beginning of an interest in music. I'm willing to run a certain danger for that. |
