Looking for a nice vintage body shape that is a bit unusual... like the Bc Rich Mockingbird, or Rick.
Ideas ?

| | | | Mockingbird is it for me.
My College instructor made fun of mine. I told him I would trade it for a 6. He later beat out Patatucci for the Flame Top #5 Ken Smith made, never let me play it.
Definitely, I would Choose a 6. All other Basses seem anemic.
Either Ken Smith's Electronics, or just the Ibbie VariMidIII that I love so much right now.
On the otherhand...
perhaps if I was to spend the money I would have Status do a Headless 6 Knock off with Entwistle's Electronics and kill two of my curiosities at once.
The question has cleared my apprehension on a Status. If there is a day for such a Status in my Life, that is what I will ask for, and if they do not have it, I will move along happy with my Stock BTB's and sub-1mm action. |

| | | | Mockingbird is ok, a bit neck divey and with awkward seeming reach to nut. Eagle, Bich, Warlock, balance better to me and have normal feeling reach to nut unlike mockingbird.

| This. Probably my favorite body shape of all time, hence (partially) why a similarly shaped Fano Px4 is my #1.
