Cort Artisan A6 or a MTD Kingston Z6?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey Guys,

I'm in the market for a 6 string bass. This one guy in my city is selling a Cort Artisan A6. Its for a great price, but I wanted to see what you all thought of it.

I did get to play a MTD Kingston Z6. LOVED it. However its of course almost triple the price.

Which one is the better bass? Any thoughts? Suggestions?

The MTD Kingston series basses are worth every penny. Great instruments. I haven't touched a Cort in years so I'm not sure about their product.

Who wouldn't want the MTD? They are fantastic! That said, I have played the modern Corts, and they are *really* great instruments too. IMNSHO, the Cort Artisans are greatly overlooked and represent a great value.

Of course the only one who can tell you if the differences in the basses are worth the differences in price is you.

Let us know what you decide!
