Corvette$$ Pickups

Can anyone with a $$ please measure the space between the string and the pickups and give those measurements.

I am looking for a good balance between sutain and attack (who isn't). Mine has a lot of attack, but I am not sure how well it sustains....it sound fine on it's own, but I have found that it all changes in a band situation.

Since the space between the strings and pickups is one of the most adjustable parts of a bass theres no way for anyone to give you oen solid number for that. Also, that measurment doesnt have as much to do with sustain or attack as the pickups, electronics, strings, wood, etc.
