Aaah JPJ as in jazz, precision, jazz pickups. I thought it was a John Paul Jones custom! Nice bass!

I like that you put the bridge end J closer to the P than what most PJs have. It definitely makes that pickup more useful, IMHO of course.

As for the other J, I never really thought I'd warm up to having a pickup so close to the neck but after putting a Model One in my PM and gigging it, I find it hard going without one now.
