Custom fender VI sort of thing?

Hi, havent posted on here in a while,
Basically i've been looking at the fender jaguar VI's for quite a while but they are stupidly rare and really expensive,
has anyone, or is it even possible to create a custom one?
i know of a band that has one that is custom?
what are the specs of them etc?
i'd love to do it to my aerodyne, but i doubt that would be possible.
here is the band that uses one that is custom: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joBqh5gR8a8

You know the Fender Japan started making the Fender VI again right? I played one in my local L&M maybe a month ago, still had the hang tags. It was about $1,000. I think they call it the pawn shop series or something.

Check out Schecter's Hell Cat if you want a similar baritone.

managaed to get my local music shop to get one in that i can try, im thinking this would be ideal as i am in a 3 piece band now doing a lot of math rock/ indie style things so being able to play higher would sound interesting.
i might sound like a bit of a newb but what amp would be good to use with this? i was thinking something like a 2x10 ashdown?
