I think this is a long shot but does anyone know of a company that makes a neck to fit an early 80s 4 string yamaha p style bass? It has regular fender neck pocket width of 2.5in and neck pocket depth of .75in but the length from the bottom of the pocket to the top of the pocket is 4.4in.
Is the length of the pocket a porblem of will a standard fender size neck still fit?
