So I recently decided to refinish one of my Peavey T-40s. I bought this as a giging bass so the finish on it isn't the best on it anyway. I wanna see what cool refinishes people have done to their T-40.
Just be careful. I'm pretty sure those big old ash bodies will need to be grain filled if you strip the original finish. If not, you'll be able to see and feel the wood grain through the new finish (not good!)
