When i first started playing bass it was always D tunning
I shifted away from that after the band split and practiced
standard on my own to get the {basics} down root notes and such-Ihave since got new eqipt/ and had gottin pretty used
to standard tunning .But today I have found great tone in
D with my DS-1 on my rigg ,so i guess ill have to get used to D
all over again.Besides buying a 5 string (witch was what i started with DDADG,Idont know how to get that heavy Helet sound
