In that case, here's what I think. None of the little practice amps sound uber-fantastic, but the kings of the practice amp category are the Acoustic B20 and the Ampeg BA108. Either of those will sound way better and are generally of much higher quality than your Behringer. I'd avoid the Line 6, the Rumbles are alright but not great.
If you ever get around to buying a new bass in the future, for the Wooten/Tisdale type sound, I'd recommend a jazz-style bass. Squier VM and CV are rock-solid brands.
