epiphone thunderbird

I just recently bought a used epiphone thunderbird, It was made in china according to the sticker on the headstock, my question is how do I go about dating it to find out how old it is, and also how do I tell if it is a pro or non pro version? thanks for your help

if it has a bolt on neck, it's the IV model. the Pro models are neck through. the Classic Pro is passive, the Pro IV & V are active.
