The one whose neck, fit, and sound turn you on the most. Me, Id pick the Esp F415 between the two. If your referring to one of the J pup versions. I prefer how the Esp's sound and interact better with overdrive and other effects for my desired sound. Also like how they fit visually and ergonomically better for me. And the necks are a diff fave. I did own a german bubinga, ovankol, wenge fiver. With the mec J pups and active eq. But J pups just generally dont work that well for me. Soapbar pups just get it better for me.

@mmbongo nope man...i think that both of them are better than the surveyvor..
@darkstrom I also think that the J/J pickups won't give me the sound I want...what about the $$ with the passive humbuckers and the active electronics?
