ESP Surveyor 405 bass tuner.

I got a used ESP Surveyor 405 from musicians friend and when it came the Tuner had broken in the shipping. Musicians friend said they would take care of it, but I get the feeling they are to incompetent to do so, so I was wonder if anyone has the part or knows where to get one.

Why would you think they'd be too incompetent to fix it?

They can't get the part, but they said they would reimburse me if I could find it.
