...but don't know what you really want?

This whole thing started with seeing the 30th Anniversary Bass L2k by G&L. Real nice bass but I'm not ready to spring for almost 1,500 bucks Of course the fire has now been started.

Been looking on ebay and our own classifieds. L2K's, 1500's, Jazz basses and corvettes. I've had Jazz bass in hand and I came this close to trading my SB2 but couldn't pull the trigger. Now I'm looking at a real sweet G&L JB and I don't know whats gonna happen.

Wow, didn't know about the 30th Anniversary L-2000 Bass; I like the white pickup covers. I used to have a few G&L basses; an L-2000, Climax and SB-1. I played several others, and came to the conclusion that the SB-2 was my favorite. Of course, that was before they started making the JB-2.

Yeah, its a sweet looking bass. Thats the other thing. Its important to like the way a bass looks but tone is the other factor also. Price too. You can get a pretty good bass it seems but it may be ugly yet affordable. Or you can spend more for something thats mediocre in every way or you can really dig in and get really nice looking and real nice playing and real nice sounding. Or dig in just a little less and get something nice looking or OK looking but feels nice and sounds nice.

Oh its too much I tell you.
