Excellent service at Long and McQuade.
So I went to L&M to order a new jazz bass neck. The employee that served me tried hard to find the bloody thing on the Fender website but it wasn't showing up for some reason. So he called Fender Rep in Canada and sent emails to the head office and the Rep for faster reply. Finally after an hour of waiting we got it all figured out and thus I ordered a standard jazz bass neck maple fretboard.
Whoever works at L&M here, this is for all of you. Thank you so much for your dedication to customer service. Excellent service all around. That's why I never go anywhere else except here. Thanks!!!! Can't wait to get it and install it!
