Nice IronBird, btw. You don't see those too often.

Thanks, just got the Ironbird on Friday. It is spiky and plays really nice, great tone!

| | | | I've always loved the look of the Warlocks with the reverse headstock. Reminds me of Motley Crue's SATD era..

| | | | I had a similar experience. I was 13 when I saw Nikki Sixx's legs on fire in the "Live Wire" music video and decided I wanted to be a musician. Haha.

First song I learned was Looks That Kill. Man, I thought I was hot stuff playing that song on my Fender Squier Bullet Bass; biggest gift my Dad ever personally bought me. Wish I still had it for sentimental reasons, if nothing else. |

| | | | Yeah, after I discovered Motley Crue, I bought a Squier Strat. Didn't like it, and
traded it for a beat up Fender Duff Mckagan bass. The day I got that bass I learned how to play "B@st@rd" and "Ten Seconds to Love".

There really needs to be a Sticky thread where we can post pictures of our bass collections. |

reminds me of the days when I started plying as well. You were cool if you had a real Fender...but you were a star if you had the BC Rich stuff.

I love those instruments, the white mock especially has the lowest action I have ever played without buzzing. It is litterally less 1/16th of an inch at the 24th fret, and no fret buzz. Plus, it sounds like the bass of the horseman of the apocolypse, such a great tone with the BL in the bridge. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
