Trace Elliot and Gallien Kruger

I like Behringer and Ashdown way less, but just down MHO,
'cause I used'em widely, and sometimes still do, with no problem at all

I tried many, many others out in the past (peavey, hartke, hughes & kettner) only too short to expose a qualified opinion.

Anyway
Talkin' about preferences, Trace Elliot and Gallien Kruger, even
if the latter are quite easy to find out while the former are rad.

Cheers,
Wallace

If this is the case: Spector headstock

I know it can sound a bit odd, havin' no Spector in my collection, but it's not a matter of basses I like and dig in, it's just headstock, right?

So I say Spector 4er (5er no way really), and I like'em so much that I own an Eko Florence acoustic electric bass, mainly because of this...

The new SX Ursa headstock. Much better than the old clown headstock.

I prefer 2+2 rather than a 4-in-a-line tuner configuration. Not so much that it's a make or break thing.

I also don't really care for 5-strings that have four tuning machines on one side and the fifth on the other. Again, not a make or break thing.
