I was always a Fender guy and I remember one of, if not the first Fender frontline catalog I had had Tye in the artists section with the only 6 string and the most different looking Fender I had ever seen.
I would personally LOVE to own the bass but something tells me it will quickly climb to out of my price range.

I am honestly expecting under $10,000 but who knows. I imagine somebody will be paying for this bass more than it's prestige. The guy is a monster player but I cannot imagine too many people cite him as their biggest influence and the reason they started playing. I imagine an even smaller % of that crowd would actually have the bread to buy it.
