I have fallen for this bass big time. I actually haven't seriously checked the TB Classifieds since I got it a week ago!

Want a number? Shall we start a club?

I don't have one, but your bass is amazing! Definately my dream bass; color, pickups, everything. Perfect.

I don't have a Custom either, but yours is beautiful. Just one question though - isn't that an unusual placement for the thumb rest, being alongside the neck? Do you use that?

It was put on by the previous owner. I don't like it but it doesn't get in the way. I may replace the PG one day. The thumb rest is not drilled in so that's good.

Hi, I will add...
Here is my 2010 64 jazz relic in Daphne Blue.
Absolutely love it, it is all I have played for the last year, have not really put it down.

So light, and so musical even when not plugged in

Cool to have a number, if you are going to do them...

I guess this is a "Custom Shop"...

I have owned 2 of these... Currently only own 1... They are both a bit different in feel though surprisingly... But both pretty much spot on... The necks are amazing...

I own a Kubicki EX-Factor built by the Fender Custom Shop,
does that count?

OK, so let's make a few rules:
- The bass must be a Fender Custom Shop Bass
- You must post pictures of your Custom Shop Bass
- One of the photos must show the Custom Shop logo on the bass

Probably from him carrying it there. He was known to drag it around without a case... The finish on the original is very delicate...

I'd like a number please. I've wondered why there hasn't been a CS Club before; thanks for taking this on. Sign me up. Here are pics of my two CS '64 NOS Jazz Basses and my new (arrived yesterday) CS '60 NOS Precision Bass. I use TI flats; I'll put them on the P in a few days.

The wait killed me too but it was well worth it! I couldn't be happier with the end result. I have to say that Fender's Custom Shop exceeded my expectations.
