OK, so I made the plunge and ordered one of these in 3TS. I know there are many sobering "try before you buy" stories on here, but the guy at Music Zoo was super cool in that I can return / exchange it if there are any issues.
So with that, can I get some feedback / pics from any owners of this bass on here? I'd be grateful for your thoughts on this bass...
Many thanks

It hasn't been a big problem for me so far although there have been a few times I was forced to run both pickups on full volume or stand in a different position to rectify the situation. IMHO Your getting a sweet bass, congrats

I go to many jams here in L.A, and I always need to raise the gain on house amps, and this is from a guy that usually gets asked to turn up..lol

You have to keep em on at least a month to let them break in. They will be bright at first, but will smooth out. I used to play only rounds, but now I only play LaBella Flats on all my basses. There are different gauges, but I find the 760FL to be the best match. |

No slap to speak of. Rock / Indie genre. They OK for that? |

Tell you what. Buy a set, and if you don't like them, let me know and I'll buy you a set of your favorite rounds and trade you for the Labellas | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
