Fender 'Employee' Basses

Sign in to disble this ad
I was reading - (got a lot of free time as I'm retired) and I found a blurb about 'Employee' and 'Salesman's' and 'Sample' basses and guitars authorized by Fender Inc.

Has anyone run into one of these? I read that they have odd markings on the neck and in the pocket.

Oh - and I found prolly the UGLIEST SMARMIEST bass ever too! This is 'sick' - in the classical use of the word.

Remember there are no "ugly" basses on TB, only basses you don't really care for...

Thanks - I don't know what I was thinkin' there for a moment.

Perhaps if you wore a bag over your head to play it...................or TWO bags, in case the first bag failed.

I'm pretty sure that is an Ampeg Big Stud. It's a studded Big Stud at that.
