I noticed that I missed a good jazz, though, and when I came across this 1973, I just couldn't resist buying! Original except for the pups, not too heavy, wonderful neck. (but really it was the color + maple with black blocks that did it for me...)

as promised, this is my 93 fender aerodyne jazz bass. its a beautiful bass. love it. anyone have any info on it? did they come standard with the badass II bridges or do you think that was added on? i bought it off ebay. i don't care, just wondering. also anyone have an idea on the 2x15 behind it? my friend had it for a long time and never knew what model or company for that matter and now its mine haha.

(Not mine, but it looks exactly the same except I have DiMarzios in it. And the grain is different obviously.
Oh and a Fender vintage bridge.)
Should I get chrome covers or not?
I'm leaning towards yes.

How is that a '93? And no, the Aerodynes did not come stock with the BadAss.
