It doesn't come up in a serial number search. Sorry, are you sure its a real fender neck?
Google fender serial number, and run the numbers for yourself, you may have a fake on your hands.

The serial number should have a letter in the front. If it is a US made the letter will be either L for Sixties, S for Seventies, E for Eighties, N for Nineties, or Z for 2000 and up. You will probably need to remove the neck and look at the heel of the neck to get the serial number. That is if it is a real fender. By looking at the headstock it looks like it could be an early 2000's Fender American Jazz. And bassed (pun intended) on the number given it corresponds with Fender's model number.

If it was made in the 1990-99, the number starts with 'N'. 2000-2010, 'Z'. 2010-12, 'US' or just numbers. 1982-current AVS series, the number is on the neck plate, and begins with a 'V'.
Personally, based on the limited pictures, I don't think yours is a Fender bass.

Z stands for zero',thats the first number of the year its made.
The following number is the second number of the year.
Together it stands for 00(2000).

That's not entirely accurate. The "L" series numbers were only from 1963 through 1965. The serial numbers on those instruments were stamped on the neckplate. The "S" series started in 1976, and were decals on the face of the headstock.
