The Foundation is a 21 fret neck while standard Precision is a 20. Since you are trying to go fretless this probably won't be too much of an issue. A bigger issue will be that the Fender neck is slightly wider and will require routing of the body making it a non-reversible mod. It would probably be easier and cheaper to get the Foundation neck defretted, filled and coated than to buy and fit a Fender neck. To be honest it would probably cheaper to just find a Frettless Foundation on CL or Ebay.

Also the Fender necks have a rounded end where the Peavey necks have square ends. It is possible to modify one or both to make it fit, but it likely wouldn't be worth the effort.

Thanks for the help. I will try to find a fretless foundation or a neck.
