Not where to start with this one, but I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.....
Wrong tuners, wrong logo, no SN, etc.
The neckplate might be ok, but the screws should be more recessed.
Stay away.....

Those don't look like any Fender Tuners that I've seen... On the back, they have a weird taper near the middle. Also the neck wood grain seem wrong or the wood is some low end piece of drift wood.
