I predict you'll get a few more*no way* replies, but I'll start w/the decal: looks wrong somehow... also the tuners say MIM to me.

Looks fake to me simply based on the decal.

I'm gonna say fake, That looks like either a Squier or MIM truss rod access on the headstock along with a badly applied decal.

Yuck.

Not where to start with this one, but I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.....

Wrong tuners, wrong logo, no SN, etc.

The neckplate might be ok, but the screws should be more recessed.

Stay away.....

The decal has been removed, you can see how the wood under the decal thats on it now is alot lighter and looks to have been sanded.... I would say FAKE!!!

It's fake. There's only one string with red silk on it

+1 on the truss rod access and decal. Those don't look like any Fender Tuners that I've seen... On the back, they have a weird taper near the middle. Also the neck wood grain seem wrong or the wood is some low end piece of drift wood.

Also... cheaper import basses use the 9 screw hole pickguard layout for Precisions. Fender usually 13.

Fake for sure, that decal is a watermark decal, ones you can buy on ebay. That year fender would have screenprint
