Looking for a P with a J neck but can't seem to find. Don't really care whether its a P body or J, prefer USA but not custom shop. Did they make any like this? |

| | | | So you're essentially looking for a J with a P-pickup? That should be pretty easy to mod yourself.

| | | | If only you don't limit it to be only has to be a MIA (and strict Jazz neck), there's a really good MIJ All Black Fender Precision (matching headstock) in classified sale by Joe Milstein. The nut width is 1.625", smaller than most P (1.75"), the same as my P, and it's a very comfy neck IMO..(Jazz' is 1.5")..
Really awesome look of bass.
Actually MIJ Fender are good basses, if not better than most MIA.
But that's me..
Good luck with your search man.. |

If you're looking for a lone P pickup with a J neck, your choice is limited to DIY. |
