Fender performer on CL

These are pretty rare so I thought I'd post a link. These necks are great. No affiliation and I'm not even sure if that price is in line, but it seems about right.

1985 Fender Performer Bass

I like this bass. Fender should have released the Performer again instead of the Pawn Shop series.

@DeliriumTremens Lucky for you. If I purchase an instrument for my birthyear, I have to seek 1973, which officially makes me an antique. LOL!

that is an incredible deal for a tobacco burst performer, as long as the wiring is still intact.

I shudder to think that i sold mine for $150 back in '03, before anyone knew what they were worth. the last one i saw on the bay went for over $2g ...

want one!

I totally dig the Fender Performer bass! Most wanted are 1) Burgundy Mist metallic 2) tobacco sunburst 3) metallic green 4) black? 5) pearl wt. Anyone want to trade one for a sweet same year Fireglow RIC 4003? Just throwin' it out there.

I couldn't agree more. The Performer ROCKS and the pawn shop series is lame.
