I'm getting one of craigslist soon, and I've heard some sound clips of it that I really like, but I'm having problems finding the specs on it.

I know they were made in the '90s, but I really know nothing else. Kind of curious of the knob configuration because I've heard different things.

If anyone owns/has owned/played one, let know how what it's like. I'm excited to finally own a Tele-like bass.

I've had one. If I remember right it had two stacked knobs. The base of the first knob was blend, and the top was volume. The base of the second was bass, and the top was treble.

The bass had a great sound. Very punchy. It was a very sweet bass.

I currently own one. Bought it new in 1994.
Knobs are as metallicafan18 says.
I put some chrome flats on it and it really thumps.
22 fret neck
Nice & light also

How much did they go for when they came out?

And light is nice. I like to jump around a lot on stage.

I believe it was 450.00 with a molded case. If I remember correctly, the bass itself was 395.00

Just saw one sell on the Bay for 4 & change

That's really cheap for an MiM. Or were most MiMs around that price during the 90s? I remember people complaining about a price jump in like '07-'08.
