Fender with symmetrical triangular 2+2 headstock?

Did Fender ever make a bass model with a symmetrical triangular 2+2 headstock? Shaped like a capital A, or maybe more leaf shaped?

Could be the Fender Prophecy Bass, which fits the description you gave:

Also, Fender made a prototype years ago called the Staccato Bass, which was very similar to the Status Basses. It had the bridge at the headstock end and tuning keys like a Steinberger at the bottom end. The only pic I've seen of it is in KlausBlasquiz's book "The Fender Bass" on page. It has a sort of clover-leaf design on the headstock end.

The performer elite had a somewhat A shaped headstock, but was 4 in line.
