Molan, thanks for posting the clips. I've been so busy that I've only been able to view the first 2 minutes of the clip in question and worst still my browser just stops and stutters after 2+ mins..

Once sorted out I'll pop-on my trusty AKG k702's and have a really good listen.

Cheers..Lugzy

IN !!!!

this post got lost since it was post nr. 1001

I got my first one at the age of 25 (after dreaming for one for over 10 years) - the next one with 27 (this one I sold last year) and now I will get my new one with 31 at the end of this year

DAMN I'm 30

the "problem" here in germany is (and I think this is where the "lawyer" and "dentist" are buying high end basses jokes are coming from" that we have sth. like a envy community in some areas ... and this is extremely distincted under bassists (and guitarplayers too ?) - you always have the feeling that nearly 95% turn to a hater when they here that you have a Bass that is more expensive like 2000,- dollars... "why do you need sth. like that" , "overpriced" , "unnecessary" , etc. - you will never hear a "wow - congrats" or sth like this

And all of them do not think about what they would have to pay if they would play Cello or Violin (or even a good Upright)

Munji, looking at your Avatar, we'd never guess you were a day over 30..

Isn't it great to know that in an age where age discrimination is so rife that fellow Fodera Clubbers feel so at ease that they can divulge their age..

I once read an article about how admitting your age in public could damage your career potential, basically once a persons age was common knowledge, peoples opinion of you could change almost instantly, utter nonsense.
So what a coincidence - I'm 26 too

I'm 63, but I don't look a day over 62. I've run into a little age discrimination here and there, but I don't care.
