In. I pulled the ramp from my MGS tonight when I changed strings. Interesting. I'm still going back and forth on Monarch vs MG body shape but the MG has really grown on me.

There are no numbers. Only basses. And gas.

I've had my ramp on and off a couple times myself. I do like it both ways so I'm really glad it is so easy to change.
R U using the MG Nickels?

Yup. I only use Fodera nickels - 100-40 on the YYD, 100-28 on the MGS.

I'm going to play it with the ramp off with awhile and see how it affects the way I approach the instrument. For now I pulled the ramps from the pair I have on order as I don't have any issues without one on the YYD. Visually it changes things up quite a bit.

Amazing, Danny! Glad I could help talk you into biting the Fodera bullet last spring/summer! You'll love those nickels!

I'm hooked!! I spent the last few months selling and trading basses like crazy, I couldn't be happier and I can honestly say that I'm gas free lol

Is there a pill against G.A.S.
Not that I need one right now, but just in case to put it in my tooth.

Ugh...these family pics are amazing, guys!

Still mulling over specs for an Imperial 5 custom build that I'd like to order next year...in the meantime, loving my Emperor 5 more than ever!
