R U using the MG Nickels? | Yup. I only use Fodera nickels - 100-40 on the YYD, 100-28 on the MGS.
I'm going to play it with the ramp off with awhile and see how it affects the way I approach the instrument. For now I pulled the ramps from the pair I have on order as I don't have any issues without one on the YYD. Visually it changes things up quite a bit.
