Is there basses out there with longer scaled necks for example 25 - 36 frets would be adding on another octave

Jerzy Drozd is one luthier I know does 28, and 36 fret necks. This is my baby.

There are a lot of Zon basses with additional fret positions. The Hyperbass comes stock with three octaves, and it seems like they'll add extra positions to most any of their models as a custom option.
