I noticed in another thread someone mentioned they couldn't find many pics of Gene's Charlie Lobue bass, so I thought I would post some (I know some have already been posted) here for reference. Also I've posted photos of his much-loved one-off custom Spector bass as well. And a couple of strange axe-basses he had before his more famed Kramer version and his most recent GS version. I'll post more pics of these basses and his other pre-Punisher basses as I collect them. Enjoy your stay and if you have pics by all means post 'em up!! The more pics the better!
And, just so we are perfectly clear, DO NOT TROLL this thread with any ANTI-GENE SIMMONS h.s. - "This thread is not for you. Period."
If you have a level-headed comment about his basses, or even better: pics to share, post away, you are who this thread is for!

Here it is after finally breaking out in a full-blown-case of metal studs and split pickup (and also being sold for $29,995
Here's a very strange axe-bass that seems to appear only in a few photos from this session:
And finally another axe-bass with the more familiar body style however with a mostly black blade which later is fully colored silver:
