GFS body and Essex (SX) neck?
Has anyone tried to use a body from guitar fetish and an SX neck together?

No, but if you need SX neck measurements let me know. You can send an email to GFS and I'm sure they'll help you out.

I just put an SX neck on an unknown manufacturer Jazz body. Had to have the neck pocket widened to accept the neck.
