Giving "p" a try. Through the magic of classifieds, I'm going to be a proud owner of a Fender P bass.
In the endless quest for ones own tone, I hope that this ones the last that I trade for. I'm a big fan of the "PJ" set up, so what differences can I looks forward to?
New basses are exciting things. I'm wondering what's the difference between a good p and an average pj?
I'm hoping, really, that the precision in the pj tone is what defines the sound. I currently use an esp ltd b-50 fm that is amazing for the price. I can't talk it up enough.
So, what defines the pj tone, pickip- wise? I'm curious and hoping the move was the right one. |
