As far as the color, its beautiful. I dig red though! The bass really pops in person. The photos do not do it justice.
The tone in all three settings is unreal. All are very usable! The neck feels great and the overall build quality is excellent!

Given the sizzling CAR finish, Nordy pole-pieces, double string trees and bright maple board the decision to go without markers, pickguard and a simple/classic control layout is just outstanding. You see so many basses similar to this with blocks, perloid and excess chrome, IMO it really detracts from the functional beauty.
