| Hagstrom Viking Reissue ---Help with issue
Just received my Hagstrom Viking Reissue bass (New) that I bought via EBAY.
When I plugged it in to test it out, all was OK, except for one rotary dial / pick-config. I can't tell if it is #3 or #4 below, but I suspect it is #3.
This happens when the dial is 2 clicks away from the most counter-clockwise position. (So, turn the dial all the way CCW, then 2 clicks CW). In this position there is no sound/signal going thru the amp/cab.
Anyone knows if it is #3 or #4? What could be the problem --- wiring or p/u issue?

Possible pickup configurations using the 6-way rotary switch are as follows:
1 - Neck + Bridge, Single coil (Outer coils)
2 - Bridge, Single Coil (Outer Coil)
3 - Neck, Single Coil (Outer Coil)
4 - Neck + Bridge, Humbucking
5 - Bridge, Humbucking
6 - Neck, Humbucking |
