I've started to warm up to the look of the Corto II

Better looking? (didn't think so at first, but now, yes: II is better looking than the coolest looking shorty bass ever. The Cortobass I)

I've come within inches of owing a Birdsong.

Late last year Scotty had 2 (just made) S.D.Curlee basses on the "for sale" list. One with chrome and one with gold.

I got permission from the wife. I was going to buy the chrome. (Scotty was going to keep the gold)

Just before I make the call to BirdSong, I was researching green boy

[as I was convincing the wife that I needed a shorty, I was looking at new speaks?!]

Green Boy is, well, a genius.

So, in a picture of his speaker (design) with 2 very strange looking basses - I discovered Mr. Pickles

...and then, Mr. Malinoski...

But, I digress -

I will one day own a BirdSong.

And I can't wait to see yours~!
