Has anyone ever bought a bass from Hello Music and can speak to the experience? Did the bass come with a case, was it well packed, how is customer service, and was shipping reasonable (it is not calculated until after you provide the credit card info.), or anything else worth mentioning?

No, but I bought 2 SM57 Mics. They were shipped fast and packed well. It was a free shipping promo, but last time I browsed, it looked like shipping was calculated pre-CC authorization. Cheers.
