Ernie Ball Hybrid slinkys make pretty good strings as well.

I love Ernie Ball strings (especially the Cobalts!), but they are really bright, maybe too bright for what you're looking for.

I just got an e-mail from GC saying that the bass I ordered was actually ordered 30 minutes before I did, but their server only updates every hour.So no bass for me  even though it's been paid for already.
