Help identifying a bass
 

Hey guys. Someone in my area has this bass listed for sale. They're advertising it as a 70's MIJ epiphone. I don't know much about older gibson's etc and was wondering from this picture if anyone could give me any insight as to what kind of a piece this is ( quality, playability) and what a decent offer for it would be. This is indeed a MIJ epiphone from the 70's. It was back before epiphone just made Gibson copies. I actually have a guitar version of the bass pictured here and it is one of my favorite sounding guitars. If the price is right I'd say jump on it.

It's an Epiphone Embassy bass.
