Help me choose (Rondomusic content)

The Douglas Lacerta?
http://www.rondomusic.com/lacertabkfl.html

or the SX Ursa 2 MN
http://www.rondomusic.com/URSA2mnfl3ts.html

They seem to have mostly the same specs. I prefer unlined to lined, but I prefer sunburst to black, so I'm torn.
Are there any quality differences between Douglas Lacerta and SX? Thoughts? Experience?

I have an SX Ursa 1. Pretty solid bass, just crappy hardware.

Well, I guess it depends on if you want to learn fretless in equal temperament or proper pitch. The fret-lined one will do the first. Line-less will do the 2nd or both, depending on how you learn.

I'm leaning towards a non-lined, myself.

I already play unlined fretless (Carvin AC40F) fairly well. I prefer unlined really just because I think it looks cooler. I just want a fully electric fretless cuz my Carvin is (sorta) acoustic/electric.

Rondo is cheap enough to buy both. Swap the necks and sell off the one you don't want or sell as parts.

I have never played the Douglas fretless, but I have an SX one with the rosewood board and it sounds amazing. I think I even have the stock strings still on it.
